This is an update to remind folks that buy refurbished products through Apple's site, that it is possible to pick up the current Mac mini model's starting from as low as $519 (2.3ghz base model). They also offer the upgraded $799 model for $699 which includes a 2.5ghz Intel Core i5 Dual core processor, 4GB Ram, 500gb Hard drive alongside the AMD Radeon 6630m graphics.
The quad core server is being offered at $849 and features Mac OS X Lion, 2.0ghz Intel Quad Core i7 processor, alongside 4GB Ram and two 500gb HD's.
Previous versions of the Mac mini start out as low as $469 and go up to as high as $749.
